When the sun sets on the Alberta Foothills, something special happens.  The sun begins to paint the landscape with a crescendo of colour that has an intensity that takes one’s breath away.  The following hour sees the colours mellow through a calming decrescendo and turn to blues and purples as dusk approaches and lays the day to rest.
